TAI CHI is a graceful form of exercise that will increase your strength, energy, flexibility and emotional outlook. It is a series of slow motion movements that reduce stress, keep the mind sharp, and helps maintain the bodies suppleness and strength. Space in class is limited. Zumba is a exhilarating, effective, easy to follow, calorie burning fitness dance class that combines Latin and international music for a fun fitness experience.

 

Zumba Gold

Ages:  18 and older

Fridays

10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

National Trail Parks and Recreation District Administrative Building, 1301 Mitchell Boulevard

Registration Fee:  $6.00/class

Zumba Gold is a dance fitness class that feels friendly and most of all fun. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves for a lower impact workout that is appropriate for any age as well as for beginners or those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Trail Walkers

Join National Trail staff and our group of dedicated walkers at a different park or trail each week to exercise, socialize and enjoy the fresh air. This FREE program is sponsored by the Richards, Raff and Dunbar Memorial Home and Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.

Ages:  18 and older
