This nature program is designed to allow participants the chance to explore things they like about nature and being outdoors. Activities will include stewardship, discovery, games and arts and crafts. Participants should wear appropriate shoes and clothing for outside play. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.

COYOTE NIGHT HOWL

Coyotes are possibly one of the most misunderstood mammals in North America. The coyote is common to this area but rarely seen. Meet a live coyote, learn interesting facts and tips for co-existence at this presentation and walk. We will also listen to hear the coyotes during this howling season. Dress appropriately for weather.

Get outside and enjoy winter while learning how to identify trees by using their bark and twigs. The walk will last about one hour and is appropriate for all ages.
