Tai Chi Class

Ages: 18 and older

Tuesdays - 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Thursdays beginning June 13 -12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

NTPRD Administration Building, 1301 Mitchell Boulevard

Registration fee: $6 per class

Tai Chi is a graceful form of exercise that will increase your strength,  energy, flexibility and emotional outlook. It is a series of slow motion movements that reduce stress, keep the mind sharp, and help maintain the bodies suppleness and strength. Space in class is limited.
