Resistance Water Walking

Ages:  18 and older

Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays — 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays —  6:00 p.m.– 7:30 p.m.

June 3 - August 17

Registration Fee:  $3 visit or 10 visits for $25

Walking in water is great for adults of all ages and physical abilities. It exercises your leg and arm muscles and gives you an excellent cardio workout.  This is a drop-in class,  no advanced registration required.
