Registration Fee:  $7 class or 10 classes for $65

Looking for a way to reduce stress? Join us for this unique water class that will combine the beautiful, flowing and graceful movements of Tai Chi Exercise with the resistive, yet relaxing properties of moving and exercising in water.  This unique class will improve posture, balance, agility, grace and coordination while increasing flexibility, muscle strength and mind-body focus. There will also be a water aerobics component to the class equaling a perfect combo class.  This is a drop –in class, no advanced registration required for this National Trail class.
