Learn how to identify trees in the winter by their bark and twigs on this February walk. Please meet at the West-End South Shelter House near the Route 40 entrance to the park.
Pre-registration is not required.

This 212-acre
park includes an 18 hole golf course, restaurant,
6 hard tennis courts, picnicking areas, shelter houses, ball diamonds,
horseshoe pits, wooded preserves, fishing without a license, and the Old
Stone Bridge.
The hard courts at the Dredge Tennis Center
are open during daylight hours, for free play.
Picnic
Shelters that can be reserved at Snyder Park:
Beginning January 3, you may reserve a picnic shelter. They can be
reserved from April 1 to October 1. Without a reservation, shelters are
available on a first come, first served basis. The non-refundable
reservation fee is $35 per shelter.
