The Champion City Reapers Base Ball Club
play base ball the way it was meant to be played, gentlemen playing
gentlemen. Base Ball (yes that is the correct spelling will be played
with the rules of the early 1860's. Other teams from around Ohio, Indiana,
and Illinois will
visit Clark County to combine history with play. Games will take place at the
Peckuwe
Village Battle site adjacent to the Davidson Interpretive
Center. Admission is free
so bring lawn chairs or a blanket and have a picnic as you enjoy the
game. The Reapers are members of the Vintage Base Ball
Association.
